This vibe is nicknamed “the sure thing” as seen on the Oprah Winfrey show with Dr. Laura Bergman. It is a massager that also has a warming element. However, the warmth is very subtle and most people won't notice much of a difference. The vibration are about medium, so for a plug-in massager not so powerful, but adequate for most people, unless they are hardcore Hitachi users. This is actually a great toy for muscle massage of the shoulders or back. As a pleasure vibe its not bad, but not as great as all the hype. For women (like those on Oprah's show) who have never experienced an orgasm, this would most likely be fantastic.
